Focusing on the moderating effect of transformational Leadership, this study examines the link between information sharing and creative approaches to the workplace. The results of an information system that includes both tacit and explicit Knowledge have been analyzed. The data was gathered through a survey of 300 individuals. Information was gathered from Rawalpindi and Islamabad-based software development firms.According to the study's findings, knowledge-sharing information systems and creative workplace behaviorsare positively moderated by transformational Leadership. Furthermore, digital information sharing impacts organizational innovation capabilities and work behavior regarding sustainable development goals.
